DHS picks Booz Allen Hamilton for cyber contract

Booz Allen Hamilton has been awarded a $39 million DHS cybersecurity contract.

The award, for DHS’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program, will provide tools and sensors. It was awarded under the $6 billion General Services Administration’s Continuous Monitoring as a Service (CMaaS) contract. It will support four functional areas: Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Vulnerability Management.

“Booz Allen’s technical solution includes products and tools from IBM, ForeScout, RES Software, Splunk, and McAfee, and services support from Business System Solutions, Copper River, Harmonia, R&K Solutions, CSC, and Verizon,” said a company news release.
