SAHA EXPO Defence & Aerospace Exhibition, the largest industrial cluster of Türkiye and Europe with nearly 1.000 companies and 26 universities, organized by SAHA Istanbul. It will be a platform where the game-changing technologies will meet under the auspices of the Presidency and civil and military public institutions.
Latest innovative solutions for Defence, Aviation and Aerospace Industry continues to increase its power and capacity. While Türkiye’s achievements in this field continue to be discussed in the new world order, Game-changing technologies are also on the agenda of the world press in the Russia-Ukraine war. SAHA EXPO Exhibition, which is the biggest meeting of the sector and creates an effective platform for important collaborations, is preparing to bring together 1200 companies from more than 100 countries. Having hosted over 78.683 professional visitors last year, SAHA EXPO will be targeting 150.000+ professional visitors this year. It will be held physically at Istanbul Expo Center between 25-26 October 2024.
SAHA EXPO, which will bring together all the stakeholders in the Defence, aviation and space industry, from giant Defence industry companies, to SMEs, universities, suppliers, and R&D centers, will offer important cooperation opportunities to both participants and visitors. Many products of strategic importance in the aviation, maritime and space industries will be introduced for the first time.
SAHA EXPO Exhibition, organized under the auspices of the Presidency with the participation and support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Turkish Presidency of Defence Industries, will showcase the increase in Türkiye’s domestic production potential and its independent production power. It aims to bring together nearly 1,000 companies from over 50 countries.
SAHA EXPO 2022 will host world-renowned brands such as Baykar, Aselsan, TAI, TEI, Roketsan, Havelsan, Nurol Makina, Canik, Otokar, Bmc, Stm, Fnss, TAIS, Kale Group, MKE, Anadolu Isuzu, Sarsılmaz, Alp Havacılık, Airbus Leonardo UK, L3 Harris, BAE, Tawazun, Edge, IGG, Barzan, Antonov, FED JSC, Ivchenko-Progress and Motor Sich.
A wide range of participants such as national and international delegations, defence ministers, senior procurement staff, contractors/OEM, system integrators, SMEs, industry professionals, subcontractors, major manufacturers, service providers, suppliers, universities, and media will be attending this exhibition. During the exhibition, intensive B2B meetings will be held between major platform manufacturers and other participating businesses that provide systems, subsystems, components, and parts, G2B meetings between delegations and participating businesses, and G2G meetings between Turkish civil and military authorities and international delegations. In addition, international panels, company product/project presentations and signing ceremonies will be held during the exhibition.
This year, with a very distinctive perspective, the exhibition halls are designed with the logic of city planning, by one of the best Turkish architectural offices in a style named “Silkroad” that has not been seen before in the exhibition world. The new art of planning of SAHA EXPO 2024 eases the access to the stands, ensures flawless footfall of visitors and maximizes exhibitor branding opportunities.
Covering a wide-ranging eco-system, the SAHA EXPO Exhibition will give small businesses and Startups companies an opportunity to introduce themselves and their products, as well as large companies. During the Exhibition, international panels and signing ceremonies will be held. Within the scope of the SAHA Enterprise program, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to meet with many industrialists and investors while introducing themselves with the projects they presented during the Exhibition.
It is estimated that around 18.000 B2B, B2G and G2G meetings will be held at the Exhibition, which will be held on 90,000 sqm area and 8 halls in 2024 and where 150.000 professional visitors are expected.
